The fight is coming to an end, with only 5 league matches to go. There are 15 points to be collected. "Draws are worthless to us. We need to travel to Szczecin and win because we are further and further from the league's top," explained Tralka who is hoping that Lech can make it to Europa League qualifiers.
The next step forward that Lech might make is the match with Pogon Szczecin on Saturday. "Nothing is lost yet. Every game that is won makes you feel very close to the international cups, while every loss makes the European arena seem so far away. It is an emotional rollercoaster, but it is inevitable. Only wins can enable us to participate in the Europa League qualifiers," emphasized the captain of the team from Poznan.
Lech has already faced the two theoretically strongest rivals in the league's second phase - the leader and the vice-leader. "That does not change anything. Anyone can win and we have seen it already so many times. It doesn't matter whom we face, because we need to win, whoever the opponent is," said Lukasz Tralka.
