In the game of the 21st round of T-Mobile Ekstraklasa Lech Poznań drew in Bydgoszcz with Zawisza 2:2. Lech has taken the lead twice after the goals of Łukasz Teodorczyk but Michał Masłowski and Bernardo Vasconcelos scored the equalizers.
Both team approached the game with an ofensive attitude and the fans could witness a match full of emotions. In the 12th minute the team from Poznań should have taken the lead when Lovrencsics sent a perfect cross to Teodorczyk but the latter hit the bar. 5 minutes later Arboleda was the one to shoot on the goal but Kaczmarek saved his team. In the 22nd minute Lech finally scored a goal. Manuel Arboleda was the one to initiate a counterattack. Pawłowski sent a great cross to Tedorczyk and the forward have no chance to the goalkeeper. However, the team from Poznań was the leader only for 2 minutes. Wójcicki passed Masłowski and the latter beat Gostmoski with a strong shot. In the 30th minute Lech once again took the lead although the referees did play an important role in the goal scored. Pawłowski played to Hamalainen who sent a great ball to Teodorczyk. The forward easily placed the ball in the net. However, both the Finnish midfielder as well as Teodorczyk were offside. The hosts could have equalized just before the break but the referee did not notice a foul committed on Vasconcelos in the penalty area.
Since the begining of the second half the hosts seemed to be the team more willing to attack. Lech shouldnt have started defending deeper and the team from Poznań paid the price in the 59th minute. Lewczuk easily beat Lovrencsics on the right flank and sent a great cross to Vasconcelos who placed the ball in the net with a header. 2 minutes later Teodorczyk had his chance to score a hattrick but his shot was slightly inaccurate. In the 69th after a fast counterattack Lech had yet another chance. Teodorczyk passed to Pawłowski but the wingers shot was too weak. The hosts were close to taking the lead 3 minutes later. Lewczuk once again sent a great cross from the right flank, Gostmoski didnt catch the ball, but Masłowski who was closing the action missed on an empty goal with a header. In the 82nd minute Lech was in trouble when Wójcicki tried placing the ball in the net with a header but Gostomski luckily saved the shot. Vasconcelos was close to scoring one as well but his header went slightly above the bar and the match ended with a draw.
