In September 20 departments of the Lech Poznań Football Academy will become active all over Poznań and Wielkopolska. Its the beginning of the cooperation between Kolejorz and Football Academy the biggest net of elite football centers in Poland for children of age between 4 and 12.
New quality all over poland
Lech Poznań Football Academy is the first initiative in Poland that has an aim to train uniformly, as well as commercially, children of such a young age. The goal is to create schooling centers which thanks to a common training and managing system will guarantee quality and professionalism.
LPFA is an academy available for all children of age between 4 and 12. Only the number of free places decides whether the kid will be accepted to the group.
We are happy that young players of Lech Poznań Football Academy will have an opportunity to join the leading groups of Lech Poznań, says Radosław Soperczak, the chairman of Football Academy. Our school is meant to act as a preselect phase. The aim of LPFA is to provide Lech with footballers who since a young age have been prepared to recruit for the leading groups of the club and have been trained on the basis of modern schooling methods.
Progress, fun and friendship
The basic function of the LPFA is to build a safe football environment in a fun and friendly atmosphere. The core of the training staff will be made of Lech Poznań coaches which will allow them to recruit young players at the daily basis.
For children its another opportunity to train in the system of the club from Poznań. Thanks to a cooperation with Football Academy professional training will available to an even bigger number of young footballers, emphasizes the chairman of the club, Karol Klimczak. This way many new talents will join the structure of Lech Poznań.
First steps of LPFA
Lech Poznań Football Academy has the basic aim to create a high training comfort, make the children happy with their classes, as well as maintain a great contact with the parents of the kids. Its also important for the academy to teach young footballers all the technical elements of football, the anatomy of the game and the rules that apply on the pitch, with an emphasis put on the rules of Fair Play.
The academies will take part in the national competitions of the Football Academy, and the players will be taken under consideration when announcing the squad for the Polish National Team of FA. The first training sessions will take place in September.
