Nike as the new technical sponsor of Lech

Since the new season all players of Lech Poznań will appear wearing Nikes logo. It applies to the first and the second team as well as the youth teams. Its one of the best deals of the kind in Poland and it allows the club to keep on progressing.

"We are happy to announce that an agreement has been reached between Nike and Lech Poznań, one of the best clubs in Poland with traditions lasting over 90 years and six championship titles", said Tim Runzheimer, the General Manager of Nike Poland. Both the senior and the youth teams will be equipped in high quality kits that will help them train and perform at the highest level.

Nike is a sponsor of worlds top clubs and national teams. The brand is represented in the World Cup by such great teams as England, Croatia or The Netherlands. The players of FC Barcelona, Manchester United or PSG wear clothing with Nikes logo every day.

"The co-operation with a brand that has such a great reputation it a very important step for Kolejorz", said Karol Klimczak, the president of Lechs management. "The new kits wont only be worn by the senior teams but also by the young players which will positively affect the clubs effigy and increase the morals of rising stars that dream of world careers."

The new clothing will be officially shown during the presentation of the first team that will take place in the mid of July. The Official Store is undergoing reconstructions and it will be reopened the very same day as the new shirts will be presented. The fans will be able to buy the club gadgets and the new kits designed by Nike.
