Lech Poznań - Podbeskidzie Bielsko-Biała 1:2

The players of Lech started their first control match in a slow pace. The guests tried surprising their passive opponents but Trochimas shot was saved by Burić and Chmiela missed. Kolejorz woke up after 20 minutes. In the 23rd minute Pesković managed to save Lovrencsics massive shot. Corner kick was awarded to Lech and Gergos precise center was turned into a goal by Kownacki. In the 31st minute Hamalainen tried making it 2:0 but once again the guests goalkeeper was in the right place at the right time. Podbeskidzie had their chance 3 minutes later but Burić had no problems saving the header of Konieczny.

Both coaches decided to change practically all eleven players at halftime. The guests had adapted quicker to the changes and in the 51st minute they equalized. Bartlewski in a one-on-one situation easily beat Gostomski. Lech couldnt find their pace and Podbeskidzie began dominating the game. In the 64th minute the team from Bielsko-Biała took the lead. Wilusz wanted to clear Iwańskis center but unluckily he placed the ball in his own net. Kolejorz tried equalizing in the last 15 minutes. Jevtić and Formella tried surprising Zając with shots from a distance but the goalkeeper intervened successfully. The result did not change and Lech Poznań began the preparations for the upcoming season with a loss.
