Lech Poznań - Flota Świnoujście 1:2

In the second friendly match played on the same day the footballers of Lech lost to the leader of Polish First League-Flota Świnoujście 1 to 2. Rafał Murawski scored for Lech and Sebastia Olszar and Mateusz Szałek for Flota.

Lech Poznań took the initiative right from the beginning of the match. Flota defended itself on its  own half and waited patiently for an opportunity to counter. Surprisingly these were the players from Świnoujście  that took the lead in the 11th minute. Djurdjević wanted to play a header  to Wołąkiewicz. The Serb did not notice Olszar who anticipated his move. He intercepted the ball and defeated Kotorowskiego.  Kolejorz responded immediately and a minute later it was a draw- 1-1. This time the defenders of Flota made a mistake of losing the ball on their own half. Reiss took it over and passed to the right side to Możdżeń. The player got into the penalty area and decided to shoot. His hit was defended by Kasprzik, but the ball was intercepted by  Murawski and the captain of Lech  gave the team the equalizer.

The team from Poznań was trying to get the second goal, but Ceesay's good passes were wasted by Trałka and Ślusarski . The away team was  much more effective and after a classic counter-attack in the 27th minute they took the lead again. Szałek broke through the defensive line on the right side and decided to shoot from an acute angle. Kotorowski should not have missed the ball, but it  found its way to the back of the net and Kolejorz had to chase the score once again. It was quite  close in the 42nd minute when after a cross from Możdżeń Kasprzik-Flota's goalkeeper- intervened not carefully enough, but the header by Ślusarski was thrown away by  Niewiada from the goal line.

In the second half of the image of the game didn't change, but Lech played much worse in positional attack and they only had two chances to equalize. In the 69th minute Tonev could have used the mistake of Kasprzik and Flota's defenders. However, the Bulgarian could not get the right control of the ball right in front of the end line of the pitch. Ślusarski had a much better opportunity to equalize in the last minute of the game. Lech's most effective player got the ball from Linetty, he turned with it in the penalty area, but his right foot shot was deflected by Kasprzik and this was the away team that  enjoyed the victory.
